I have had many battles with my hair over the years, and I think I've finally found something that works (for now). Anyways, I know you all like pictures, so here are some for your viewing pleasure.

aaaaannd this picture. When I got to college, I started to try to wear it curly, and it was awful at first. It just wouldn't curl. I had a lot of the length cut off and then it started curling a bit.

You're so nice! I definitely envy people with curls that clump a lot more than mine do, but of course, we always want what we can't have.

I cut a lot of length off to start with. Stopped straightening and using heat. Right now, I'm not using any shampoo, and I'm just using a lot of cheap VO5 conditioner as a CO wash, conditioner, and leave in. I use coconut oil once in a while, as well as a bit of castor oil. And devacurl gel is really the thing that has caused the most change.
