do you need to consistently have in your diet in order to affect your hair growth? im wondering because as of recent i fell in love with some protein bars i just tried this last week. Wondering if the 40g of protein is enough to do something

I think an overall healthy diet with the right amount of protein, carbs and fat will make hair grow the best.
I use the plate and hand methods.
A palm of protein, a fist of carbs and half the plate fruit and veggie. Make a circle with thumb and first finger and that circle is the size for healthy fats. It is the easiest way for me to get what I need without doing math.
But to answer about the protein bars..40g is about half your daily need.
