Thanks LHC for making me feel comfortable enough to leave my hair curly and not straighten it! I couldn't get it barely past SL before because my hair would be so damaged from straightening it 1-2 times a day (without protection). Took me a long time (2 years!) to get the courage up to henna my hair, but I don't regret it now :)

Thanks so much guys :o :o :o I used to despise my hair my hair when I was a teenager, I think the best thing LHC did for me was to let me be happy with myself, so I didn't feel like I had to copy someone else.

That is the epitome of "princess hair"! So beautiful. And so heart warming to hear another story of self-acceptance with a happy ending for your hair. I appreciate LHC for all the info on taking nice care of our hair, but what really makes me happiest is learning to be happy with what we have, instead of turning ourselves inside out chasing an impossible dream.

Your hair's color and thickness are not far from my own, but more importantly your texture is the closest to mine I have seen in a long time.
I prefer your natural color over mine though, and I think your hair is thicker.

Oh, and your hennaed hair looks absolutely stunning! (I hennaed too last year, but I was not as brave as you are and most of it is gone by now. Your pics make me want to redo it!)
