Hey all,

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a product to help thinning and dry hair due to health problems?

I have a lot going on that I am trying to sort out (anemia, hypothyroid, etc it's complicated)

I know that ultimately the cure is from the inside out, but in the mean time I would like to do all I can to help my hair!

I have a lot of shedding going on, thinning at the front, and just generally fragile dry hair.. :(

I have had rene futurer recommended to me, is anyone familiar with this brand?

anyone have any suggestions? anything would be great!

i'm looking for a repairing leave in product to use on the bottom half of my hair - it's dry and color damaged

the only requirement is that it does not need to be washed or rinsed out.. so a spray, serum, whatever you recommend!

also, I am aware that you can't necessarily truly "repair" the damage.. but something that will salvage my hair is all I need

thanks! :)

got2b smooth operator
IC Fantasia serums (they are nice, lightweight ones)

You can always try a few (just a few) drops of mineral oil distributed over your entire length.

I personally like argan oil or camellia oil for my dry dye-damaged ends. Seems to add some elasticity and keep the split ends at bay.
