Hey guys, just wanted to make a post for my full of year of progress in not dying my hair :)
I used to color my hair constantly (multiple times in a month) for about the last 6 or 7 years. I was always dying it dark and then bleaching it and dying it a lighter color and then back to dark and so on and so forth. I haven't been able to grow it long since before I started coloring but I just couldn't cut the habit! Anyways, I'm a little proud of myself for having completely left it alone for an entire year (not even any heat which I had also been using frequently). My hair now feels healthier than it has in years.
I'm going to try to share pictures, have never posted a picture on the boards before so forgive me if I don't get it right! My hair is naturally blonde so it may be hard to see where the colors change... The color I last dyed it was red but it faded to a bleached blonde color over time.

I clipped the top part of my hair up because it's lighter than it is underneath and even harder to tell the difference.
Also, poor cell phone quality, sorry!
