I've been wondering for awhile what my hair type is. I think it's somewhere in the range of 2a-2c but I'm not sure. :confused: This is my hair freshly washed, unbrushed and unmanipulated.

Yes, I'd say 3a. I see ringlets in there, much more than you think a 2c would have. IMMHO.

Pretty! On the NC scale you are a solid 2b wavy with potential for 2c, on that scale 3a ringlets are strong up towards the roots so it a definite curl not wave.

OK thanks :) I know if I comb it out and scrunch it a little when it's wet it'll dry to look more like a 3a for sure, so that makes sense.

Thanks :p it's not that great at this length I'm hoping I'll like it when it gets longer
