When I started my hair looked like this http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m481/jo_jo_1uk/Small1sthair_zps8733719e.jpg (http://s1128.photobucket.com/user/jo_jo_1uk/media/Small1sthair_zps8733719e.jpg.html)
It now looks like this http://i1128.photobucket.com/albums/m481/jo_jo_1uk/small2ndhair_zpsadad9c37.jpg (http://s1128.photobucket.com/user/jo_jo_1uk/media/small2ndhair_zpsadad9c37.jpg.html)

Its measuring at 29 inches now which means I've gained an inch in about a month and a half :) but what I have really noticed is a difference in thickness and condition. I didn't note down my ponytail circumference at the beginning but I'm currently 3.25 inch.

I'm currently sulphate and silicone free although I'm still using a chemical dye (henna scares me slightly). I do a AVC rinse after finally finding the right dilution and method for me (one cap full, don't rinse off my conditioner first, leave for a minute and rinse out). I use coconut oil once a week, always braid my hair at night and I've stopped putting my hair in a ponytail, mainly using hairstick's to secure a bun. I do still use a hairdryer but not so hot, my hair just looks/feels nicer than air drying.
One thing I did realise is that its almost a year since I last had a trim and I don't have that many splits :)

You have beautiful hair! I noticed you said you use a hairdryer, and I am happy it does not damage your hair. Do you do and S&D (search and destroy?)

Thank you Remi :) no I don't S&D I keep thinking about it but it just seems so fiddly and I don't have any sharp scissors. I'm looking at getting a silk pillowcase next.

I'm so happy for you, that your hair is thicker now! :) It certainly looks thick! My whole life, I've craved thick massive hair:)

Gorgeous, and an inch in a month and a half is pretty fast growth!

Nice job. Although the pictures are on the smaller side, I immediately noticed the difference in conditioning and the growth.
