DH trimmed my hemline last night. It was 36" and was getting really dry and scraggly-looking on the last few inches at the hemiline. I suggested he take about 1", thinking we could do again in a few months or so; ... and to cut it in a soft U-shape. (He's pretty good at this, we've done this before). He snipped and snipped and said okay, you're done. I turned and looked and shudder::scissors: tehere was a lot of hair on the floor. I asked, how much!!! He said, about 4-5", you needed it. It will look better. And, he's right, it did. I wouldn't have done it myself, but he did something that needed to be done. I then condished and oiled, braided and went to bed. It does look a lot better. (Luckily for him ).

I asked my dad to trim 0.5", and he ended up taking 2.5" in some places because "it was longer there than on the sides and you wanted everything straight you said".

Whatever didn't fit, didn't need to get trimmed! I said 0.5"!!!

Well, there's two way's of facing it, and each one of you got one!

Well Mimi, if in the end it turned out ok and you liked the result, it's all good :)
