hi all--
I just made an appointment with Iris at Madora/George Michael salon in NYC. Anyone ever been there? I got the name from this forum, but I'm always so nervous going to someone new!
I only get my hair cut every couple of years or so (usually get 10-12 inches cut off so I can send it to Locks of Love) but I'm going to get a little trim right now (an inch or so) and I'm thinking of (eek!) getting some very long side-swept bangs (sorta Anjolina Jolie style). I've had my hair one length for a long time and as I get older and wear it more and more in a bun, I just don't think it looks as good as it used too--too severe. so, I thought I'd try a FEW longish bangs and see what happens.
EEEK! Maybe I'm crazy.
but, I have till Wednesday to cancel. Anyone been there? advice? suggestions? moral support?
