I need you opinion!

I'm new here so I will start with hello. Nice to meet you all! The title says it all. Please tell me what do you think of my hair? What do you think about the ends? What length exactly it is? (I think somewhere between waist and hip, but you tell me) And my last question is: How long do you think it's gonna take for my hair to grow to TBL ? Here are some pics of it:

I think your hair is beautiful. I love the color and the waves, and it looks nice and thick. The ends look nice to me. I would only microtrim if I were you. If you wear it up and protect it, I don't think you need to worry about too much damage. It looks hip length to me, at least the longest layers. As for how long to get to TBL, that will depend on your growth rate and how much you might trim (and how tall you are).

The longest ends appear to be at hip. From the pictures, I can't see the condition of your ends, but if you don't have to trim much, you should be at tailbone within one year.

Looks good. I agree, you appear to be at or very near hip. The layers suit your hair nicely.

Only thing I might try if I was you is to do a modified curly girl technique. I suspect your hair is rather more wavy than you think, and it might benefit (both in looks and in reduced damage) by being treated less as if it was straight, e.g. less/no brushing, for starters. Not that I don't think it looks nice now. Far from it. Just it might be interesting to see what it looks like with the waves encouraged.

Just took a shower and let my hair air dried , so haven't brushed or combed on these ones!

Very thick and very pretty! It looks to me as if tailbone length is about three inches away from your current length. =)

It's a beautiful colour - and so thick! I love how it looks unbrushed too, those are some very pretty waves. Your ends look really healthy too, if it was mine, I'd only trim if I wanted a different hemline or to maintain the length since I can't see any thinness or damage :)

I can't really help much on when you will get to TBL, as I imagine it depends on trimming and your grow rate, but just wanted to say your hair looks really lovely, and the texture is great too!
