scratching head and shedding

I seem to have a new issue with my hair. I got bad shedding or breakage to the point it falls out where I touch it. It seems now when I scratch my head a strand comes out . Anyone else have this problem? thanks

Could you put your hair care routine inhere? What have you experimented with?

well I wash my hair every other day with Tresemme anti breakage shampoo and I use the conditioner of the same name with it. I leave in the conditioner for the 5 minutes.
After that I ring out the water from my hair so its not dripping wet and use a microfiber turbie towel to get more water out. After the I use Tresemme's Split Remedy Leave-In Conditioning Treatment. I've never used conditioner in my life and just realized I was doing it wrong till a few days ago and am now doing it right. Anyway that'S the hair care routine I also air dry my hair.
