I wanted to see what everyone's favorite VO5 or Suave conditioner is for cowashing or finishing.
I find many have similar ingredients but the few that are different are so hard to find.
My favorites for cowashing are
Shea cashmere - has shea butter, keratin, collegen ( to heavy for everytime but it is a great conditioner - rivals high end ones yet cost $0.65). I get no negative effects from the protein in this one.
Tangerine smoothie from the moisture milk collection.
Kiwi lime clarifying (when I want the cowash to feel more cleansing)
I am panicking as I cannot find the Shea or tangerine anywhere! Anyone have any other suggestions?
I have Suave juicy green apple but haven't tried it as cowash yet. Feedback?

I love the Suave water lily and aloe conditioner. It's runnier than the coconut one and spreads really well.

I like the Vanilla Tea Therapy VO5, mostly because of the scent :)

Vo5 Kiwi Clarifying conditioner works well for CO washing. I hardly ever CO wash, though, because I always seem to miss a spot and end up with a still-greasy chunk of hair afterwards. Such a pain.

I've only used vo5 Kiwi Lime and don't feel a need to try any others. I do have a bottle of vo5 passion fruit smoothie laying around but the smell is kinda meh.
I don't "finish" with the vo5, I use my normal conditioner(Paul Mitchell detangler).

Vo5 vanilla mint tea is the best for co wash in my opinion. I love how the shea cashmere smells, but I think the alcohol in it was drying my hair.

I like the Suave Green Apple shampoo and conditioner :) nice and clean, crisp smell (to me)
I really like VO5's Strawberries and Creme conditioner... love.... But not at the same time as the apple. Haha!

I always come back to Suave Aloe and Waterlily, even though I like to try some of the other scents. (I'm not big on smelling like food, though.) The coconut one is murder to my hair (apparently protein is not its thing!), but I know that enough people love that one to realize that my hair's just quirky.

FYI, there's currently a coupon on coupons.com (http://www.coupons.com) for 50 cents off 2 large bottles of Suave Naturals shampoo or conditioner.

Shea cashmere has been my favorite of what I've tried thus far.

I like the Suave naturals..shampoo and conditioner of course. My ALL time fave is Aussie. The 3minute Miracle is awesome in my hair. I also use a Keratin Serum leave-in. Just last night I bought some "weightless healing" Oil treatment of Biotin and Collagen. I had a reverse ombre color that was real blonde on the top layer and my natural soft medium honey brown underneath. I was using my Instyler before work each day so I tend to condition quite heavy. However...Ive decided not to use the flat iron or Instyler as often and just this morning I took some Soft Ginger and covered most of my blonde so I can begin a little more natural outgrow.
All things considered, my hair is in pretty awesome condition. Its down to my waist and Im loving it. Im so glad I found this forum. Once I figure out what y'all are talking about with all the "short hand"...I should be good to go :cheese:

Seems a lot like the clarifying kiwi lime. :) It is a great cowashing conditioner. I prefer it to the knock off WEN.
I have some Loreal cleansing Conditioner I have yet to try. I cannot wait to see which is better. I have a strong feeling the kiwi lime will win. Its the perfect $1 solution for hair care.
Is the vanilla mint tea one a clarifying conditioner as well? The matching scent shampoo is labeled clarifying but i have not seen the conditioner anywhere yet.
I have the free me freesia and strawberries and creme in my stash i have not tried yet but i have a feeling i will end up liking the kiwi and shea best for cowashing. I do follow up with another type conditioner after the cowash though. I should try without once and see what the results are on their own.

Cowashing:
1. Everlasting sunshine (Suave)
2. Tropical Coconut (Suave)
I don't mind VO5, but I find that if I use it as a leave-in it bleaches my clothes! So...I'm less temped to use it on my hair. I do in a pinch though.
