View Full Version : Tips for stretching washes with workouts in between?

I am really liking stretching my washes to twice a week but have found this much harder when I hit the gym in between... Any tips on how to keep hair less sweaty/greasy looking? I have tried dry shampoo it only makes a minimal difference. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried water only?? It will remove the sweat and distribute the sebum

I haven't... and to be honest it kind of intimidates me :oops: my hair is super fragile when wet so I try to keep it dry for as long as I can!

Dry shampoo, water only rinses and using my BBB worked for me.

Have you tried CO washing with a light conditioner. This works for me and then I shampoo once or twice a week. I'll even CO twice if need be.
