Oh wow! That's quite a bit of growth! How much biotin were you taking?

The bottle says 10,000 mcg xD twice the recommended amount.

I wish I could take that much =( I started out with 10,000mcg and had horrible breakouts on my chin and around my nose. I swapped them out for 1,000mcg now and don't have any problems, but wish I could take more for that potential of more growth.

I'm not prone to acne, that's why I could take a lot. But I have been getting more acne. But that problem is easily solved by lemon juice and drinking a lot of water.

I've had some serious growth with biotin too, nothing like yours but definitely faster than my usual. I'd post pics but they are just of my ever-growing mullet :/

It's actually much more than twice the clinically recommended amount. The amount doctors generally suggest for biotin deficiency is 30-100mcg. 5000 is a common suggestion by advocates of megadosing though... (I'm not criticizing or anything, I just wanted to clarify what "recommended" means here...)

Amazing growth! :) I actually started to take some hair vitamins yesterday which has 2,5 mg of biotin. That's 2500 mcg, right? I'm not good in math! x) I'm a little bit scared taking mega doses so I start with this. The bottle says 2,5 mg is 5000 % of recommended daily value.

I just started out w 5000 mcg with no ill effects... Hopefully it'll be fine :)

Your math is good - 2.5mg is 2500mcg. That's what I'm currently taking - I took 5000 before, and I haven't found any difference in growth between the two but I did break out quite badly when I upped the dosage.
Many people take 5000 with no ill effects (although I must acknowledge that there are also people who think megadosing is inherently dangerous) so maybe just keep an eye on your skin if you up the dosage? And of course, watch out for any signs of kidney/liver damage (it's quite rare, but always something to be careful of!)
