Even though I knew most of it, I find these really informative and straightforward. It's a nice introduction of science here, where we mostly tend to depend on trial and error :D

Nice videos, she had some good information about the various stages of hair growth. I knew the stuff about the anagen phase but was a little foggy on the others, this cleared up a lot of questions!

Thanks for sharing this channel. I hadn't seen it before. I like how she is very clear with her descriptions of the growth phases and she reiterates the important points again and again in her later episodes. Genetics to me is the end all in whether a person can grow the 'uber-long' hair some,(most:p) of us would like to achieve. I have reached the sad realization that my terminal length is just a tad beyond classic, and I am not happy with how it looks when it gets there, so my more realistic goal is really nice tailbone length.
