It's probably a stupid question but I'm new on here and still trying to work out all the abbreviations!! Thanks

Hi, welcome. :)

CO stands for "conditioner-only." CO-washing is a method of washing hair that doesn't use shampoo, but only conditioner. It can be one step or two-step (with a light, runny conditioner to "wash" and a heavy conditioner to "condition"), you can use products with silicones or without, etc...
