From shoulder to tailbone in five years

Well, nearly five (which, bloody hell, where has the time gone?). Having been busy for the past month I haven't got round to my autumn trim, and then this morning after showering I realised that not only had I reached my goal of BCL, but passed it and reached tailbone. At least I think so.

So, right after my cut from around APL/BSL to shoulder length in February 2009, which I regretted immediately:

About a month after I joined here, in July 2010:

I intend to trim an inch or so when I finally get round to going to my hairdresser, and then maintain around this length. So, yeah, my growth journey is over, and it seems so weird! I'm slightly afraid I'll get bored and want to do something drastic after a while, so I might need you guys to talk me down at some point in the future. *g*

Thank you, ladies! And ha, I'm afraid my routine is rather dull - I wash every two or three days (sometimes four, but that's unusual), shampoo on my scalp, conditioner - usually cone free, with the occasional coney one - on the length. Moisture or cassia treatments when I remember, which isn't nearly as often as my hair would probably like, and clarifying/chelating every six weeks or so due to having pretty hard water here. I mostly air dry, but I usually blow-dry for a minute or so on cool to get rid of at least some of the moisture. That's pretty much it! :D

Heh, to be completely honest I'm almost sort of bummed to be done growing. :p I don't really want longer hair than this, but I would like a longer braid!

I should get round to taking a length pic sometime soon - I've reached tailbone too, quite unnoticed (that's what being too busy does, I suppose), and am going to grow even longer cos I want to test how long it can get before I get fed up. :D
