I ordered some hair items that seemed popular to use on this board. I ordered amish stainless steel hairpins and hair sticks. So now I am excited and want to learn new things to do with these items. Also if there are other hair toys to be tried, let me know. I am kinda trying to build a collection so I can have some variety.

Torrin Paige on You Tube has quite a few tutorials for long hair.

Yes, youtube is your friend.
You use amish pins the same way you use regular hairpins (not bobby pins, hairpins) so you can search for a video on that.
there are so many more kinds of toys but maybe you should get used to what you just bought first. When you get ready you can look at the Wear all my toys once challenge and see a lot more kinds of toys and does.
It gets expensive, though.

My favorite hairtoy is the Flexi-8. Be forewarned that collecting them becomes addicting. Their website has video tutorials of multiple styles.
I've not used amish hair pins, but I use Youtube for hairstick bun tutorials. My favorite is the lazy wrap bun, since it's fast and hard to mess up. :)
