I found this article (http://www.harpersbazaar.com/beauty/mila-kunis-blowout-todays-beauty-secret#slide-47) while reading about moroccan oil products and now I'm wondering... Is this look even possible to achieve? Look at the shine! :inlove: Have you ever tried the products mentioned? What is your experience?

I don't have any Moroccanoil brand products but I do have an Avon coney "Argan oil" serum that makes my hair really shiny.

The sort of shine in that pic I used to get after getting my hair blow dried at a hairdresser.

Of course all that shine is probably not a true indicator of hair health, especially with all the products and straightening... but I think Mila looks gorgeous anyway!

Yes of course it is achievable. I don't see many people around with hair that shiny though, most which I have seen is dried and frazzled. Those who generally sport this sheen are the Asian ladies I see around, especially if they have kept their hair long and thick and straight. Mine is very shiny naturally even without the oil treatment, but it is very fine as well. I think the girl in the photo looks beautiful :)

Yes, it is achievable!
But first, don't forget that Mila is facing the light at the right angle, plus flash photography always adds high shine, her hair is dark (which reflects light better than light blond hair), and I suspect that her hair went through an iron prior to this shot.

If your hair is straight, you can get this look the healthy way by using a tiny bit of light oil of your choosing and brushing hair with a BBB right after. I'd recommend argan, camelia, mineral or grapeseed oil for this purpose.
If your hair likes cones, just use a good coney serum to get that shine. The key is to smooth it on your hair very diligently and going over it with a brush.

I have used (and still do) MoroccanOil products (masque and oil) for quite a while now. Right now, I'm just using up my old jar and bottle, because they are VERY coney. I prefer PURE oils now - pure argan oil is cheaper and way better than these coney products.

Yep, it's achievable! But a lot of what you're seeing in the picture is due to the lighting.

Same hair, but a heck of a lot of difference in the shine!!! There are lots of people with hair that shiny, but a lot of it depends on the lighting.
