3 years of growth (pics)

Ok so I thought my hair grew slowly but looking at an (embarassing) school picture taken just over three years ago completely shocked me : http://i39.tinypic.com/2ekqgd5.jpg and here was my last length check a month ago http://i44.tinypic.com/2qkhxxd.jpg not to mention I bleached my hair bright blonde for a year during these three years and had to cut off around for inches damage when I went back closer to my natural colour so wow ....
Back then the length Im at now seemed so long but I still just want it to grow more :)

nakima thanks it used to be blonder this is it about 1 year ago before i cut four inches off and dyed it darker as although i loved it at first the damage was too much http://i41.tinypic.com/2ciaat2.jpg
