Good but inexpensive comb?

I've finally hit a length where I can't use a brush to detangle my hair anymore. I need to switch over to a comb. However, my fiance is underemployed right now, so we're pretty darn broke. I need a seamless comb that won't break the bank.

I would very strongly prefer a comb with a handle - I have a disability that means my fingers give me trouble, so being able to wrap my whole hand around the handle makes it a lot easier for me to comfortably work with my hair. (Besides that, I've been a brush-user all my life, so having a handle just feels more comfortable and natural to me)

Im not entirely sure of the exact name but I believe it's called a shower detangler comb. It works well and I believe it's only 3 dollars on amazon, although I've also seen them in sally bees.

I've been using a wide tooth shower comb from Sally's Beauty Supply. If you have a Sally's in your area, then perhaps you could go in and peruse all the combs. If you prefer to shop on line, then their website has a number of wide tooth combs with handles.

How can you tell whether the plastic combs are seamless? :hmm: I've been using one I picked up at the drugstore, but I figured I should probably upgrade a little to something that is seamless, since I'm using it every time I detangle. Obviously, the wooden ones are seamless since they're not being cast.
