Hi, looking for newbie article

Hi, I'm looking for Ursula's newbie guide or a similar guide. I tried clicking through the stickied links as well as the archived site but I am not finding it I found some similar ones but they weren't quite what I was looking for. I was hoping someone who is used to navigating the site could lend a hand.

I am just looking for a basic guide for starting from scratch. I have a good idea about co and cwc and no-poo and acv, baking soda, herbal rinses, oils and misting and the treatment things so I don't really want a guide about those things persay but more of a how to start from the very beginning of your hair health kind of article.
