It depends on your own personal definition of waist... some people call milestones when the slightest touch of their hair reaches it (such as in your photo) and some call it when they are more solidly at the milestone. I think you could technically call waist, but I personally would wait another month until the milestone is a bit more solid. :)

Well, a few hairs reached waist. The majority of your hair appears to BSL. It's up to you what you call it though. ;)

It depends on when you call your milestones. Some (including me) like to call it after they are 'solid' (VERY solid for me :p). But if you like to call them RIGHT as the hit, then you are there! Congrats!

Your hair looks to me to be BSL. Some bits aren't at BSL yet either. I would defo wait for another month or two till it all meets up. You are so close though!
