Look like 3 4-strand flat braids linked together, with the left side loops pulled on each braids...

Holy moley. I don't think I have the dexterity skills for that... I still have problems with simple French braids!

I also love her hair colour. Just gorgeous.

I saw one similar on youtube, it was done by the cute girl hairstyles, or cute hairstyles, something like that, I think she called it "pancaking" when you fluff up a braid like that.

Wowza. I need a hair styling fairy to just live in a drawer and come out and do things like this to mine!

It looks like it is 3 diagonal repetitions of the 4 strand (flat) braid where 2 of its strands are very thin sections, like this: http://youtu.be/LYFSNnLvEp0 where instead of ribbon, use thin strands of hair. Then, simply rose bun on the side of the head.

It makes my arms hurt just looking at it.
But WOW.
Incredibly gorgeous.

I agree, time consuming but not very hard. There is a great tutorial for the cute little braid in the middle of the four strand style posted in the braid thread some time in the past two weeks.

It reminds me of a video I saw once. Let me see if I can dig it out...

Found it! This video (http://youtu.be/BiyJZyEcbwg). It's not the same, but similar.

It looks really stunning, I will look at the videos and see if there is any possibility I can do it, but I doubt it. Maybe arc691 looks in this thread, she is so talented, she may be able to recreate something similar.

Beautiful! I like the first two pictures best. While it looks lovely coiled up like a rose, the pictures of it down look gorgeous and ethereal. I especially like the way her bangs are sweeped into a little pin curl. There are three braids at the top, each a step lower than the last, then a pretty curl that draws your eye down to the rest. :)

I'm still trying to figure it out. So far, wihout trying it yet, I would think that it is three lace four strand braids with two smaller strands. I also think the bigger strands are fluffed. However I won't know unless I try, but I don't see the happening today. Maybe tomorrow or later on tonight.

How beautiful. But way beyond me. Not only do I lack the length, I can't even do a presentable French braid. Maybe one day.

I recognise the braids: it's a 4-strand braid like here (2nd braid shown) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbxCN0YWQi4)\ instead of the ribbon you just don't pull the stands that shouldn't be pulled out.

HAAAH! there we go. I found the "French" version of this braid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuPsrLpWx4Q

basically you need to do three of them, diagonally. Then you make a pretty bun out of it ;)
