Is there any hair styles that don't twist or bend the hair? I'm having issues with breakage and I need to find simple hair styles that don't break my hair. My hair is bra strap length. My hair doesn't hold complicated styles.

Same here. I'm BSL now and i still find it tricky to keep my hair all in one place for more than a few hours... I use my flexi 8 and i braid sometimes. I do a terrible job at doing styles with my hair :( Its like my arms are to short and i cant reach the back properly :s

I wonder if it get easier when our hair reaches waist>>hip... For now thats what i think, that i just need longer hair that will stay together better when comes to braids anyway. Or we need a magic potion to get longer arms?! :))

You could do a french/dutch/english braid and fold it up, then secure it with a claw clip/large barrette/flexi/ficcare/whatever? :) Also I doubt they're easy by any means but you could look into learning how to do crown braids once your hair is longer :)

Maybe the old saying practice makes perfect will hold true. With practice and longer hair that corporates will be better if not where do we get magic potion for longer arms.

I did English braids this summer I didn't have hair breakage issues. I might have to go back to them.

I just cant do it. I think that having a blunt hairline is difficult at this stage because whenever i grab my hair altogether, suddenly it turns into a layered ponytail type so i find it tricky to plat it all the way to the tip without losing my grip or having strands falling out. Wish I could do something tho, but ah well, I cant have it all :p. I just tried doing a mini lose bun/hair twist secured at the back of my head with the use of a pencil… OUCH!!!! This technique I found on youtube is NOT friendly at all, that hurt!

I've always had a v hem line and I love my v. I did get it trimmed this last time straight across but it's starting to v again. My hair is a natural v and I've never tried to use the styles you've mentioned the mini lose bun.

Those are beautiful hair styles. I do wish I had the skills to master some thing like that. I dont think even if I reached the length it's required to style my hair. My hair is so picky.

What about the Chinese bun or the disc bun? Those divide the hair, so they can usually be done with relatively short hair

I might have to try those. I hope they're easy I'm not too swift at styling hair.
