2 Years of growth: before/after pics!

Almost 2 years I may say! Now what to expect after 1 year from now? More curly texture?

One thing that is confusing me is that in the first pic, my hair was under chemicals as I straightened it three times (yes, I regret lol!) and it was my beginning to correctly condition and comb, so how could the hair at that period (especially the ends) turns into the 2nd pic; full of waves and curls?! And my ends right now are really healthy and curly! Do chemicals "fade away" from hair? Or what was chemically treated is eternal? (Unless cut of course)

Lovely growth. I don't know about the chemicals since I've never had chemical straightening done. I do know that my semi permanent black from February of 2012 still has not washed out of my hair so the bottom half of my hair is still black but my hair is porous as all get out. Thankfully Manic Panic washes out like it should so I can still play with color without the commitment. Whatever happened your hair is lovely!

Your hair looks so much better now. I’m sort of “close” to my 2 year of hair growth but I still have about 7 months to go. I was at chin length before and now I’m at BSL so I expect to get a bit further on the 2 year mark. Sorry about my ramblings. Congrats to you and happy growing, looks amazing!!! 
