I'm mostly concerned about the alcohol level in most hairsprays. I've been thinking of using a light hold hairspray to set my curls, but one of the things I gave up when I did my healthy hair makeover was product with the drying kind of alcohol in it. Most hairsprays have SD alcohol as the first or second ingredient
There are a handful of alcohol free hairsprays on the market but they're hard to find and then I have to hunt for the one that leaves the nicest non-sticky finish. I would rather just buy a product that works the best.
I realize that the other damaging part of hairspray is what happens when the hairs "glued" together are pulled apart, but that's not what I'm concerned about here.
