Am I at hip length?

It's 32.5 inches when stretched. What do you guys think? Can I officially say I hit hip length?

Looks like a bit more to me too. Your solid waist with waves, which is what I'm hoping to get to soon though, which is great!

I sympathize. I have waves too and it makes it *SO* hard to grow and call it...especially because its longer or shorter depending on the day.

BUT your hair looks gorgeous and its at the length *I* am aching to get to and therefore super-enviable!! Put it up for a few months and you'll probably find you are deep into hip length.

You have a bit more to go i think not long away though at all. Your hair is really beautiful its frustrating isn't how much length curls and waves isn't it.
