So I'm thinking of hennaing my hair. I want a bright, Ron Weasley-ish red. But I'm wondering, I see people adding tea and wine and lemon juice and things to their tea. Since the Red Zinger dyes my mugs and it's REALLY red, I'm wondering if I can put that in with the henna to make it redder. My hair is the definition of blondette. Will it work, or am I crazy?

Well, Red Zinger has hibiscus in it, so it should give some color. I don't have any experience with dying hair with hibiscus, so it's just a guess as to how much color or what shade you'll get, but a quick image search suggests that it tends to be very much more subtle than what you're looking for.

I've been using Red Zinger Tea in my Henna mix for over a year now and I do think that it boosts the RED tones. Of course, I also use Red Raj Henna which gives a really RED Ash Brown with a lot of grey so I can't say what it will do on Blonde hair. Maybe do a test swatch on shed hairs? Good Luck! :D
