Nope, nothing is wrong. Since you can post that means you're fully activated and ready to go! I'm not sure if you saw it, but we also have a banner notice on our forum right now mentioning that the activation emails aren't being sent out at the moment. :)

No,I am think that there is nothing problem if you have not receiving the email activation code. Because of that there is can be any network or other problem are the reasons of you have not receiving the activation mail.so don't worry about it,and enjoying the id.
