I am completely happy with the performance of my current shampoo, California Baby Therapeutic Relief Skin Protectant Shampoo and Body Wash, but I wish that it was less expensive. Is there a less expensive shampoo with similar ingredients that works just as well?

You might be able to source a shampoo 'base' from a cosmetics base company based on glucoside surfactants, then make a few additions?

That is a good idea. I dilute the shampoo 1:7 but I did not realize how well it works when it is diluted until I had used 1/4 of the bottle. It lasted 7 months. I am going to try to make the new bottle last a year. But I still hope to find an equally mild and effective shampoo at a lower price.

Does anyone use a mild shampoo with similar ingredients that is less expensive?

My hair loves anything organic, but clear. Anything creamy seems to build up on my fine hair

I like Renpure, doesn't have any of the yucky stuff, makes my hair so shiny and pretty. =)

Thanks. I want to avoid sulfates and silicones.
