the hip lenght is when the hair touches your hipbones,so find them and see if your hair rubs them :o
i think you need about 2 inches to arrive there :)

I agree with the above, I think you have a little bit to go yet. But I think of hip length as the hair reaching the iliac crest at its widest point, some people might see it as being higher up...
