Hi girls!

My brother is going to NY this winter (we live in Sweden) and I'm wonder if and where you can buy ficcares and flexi-8:s there? (I dont think you can buy them in Sweden, is there any place online that ships here?)

How do you decide size? My hair is almost waist, and I think I'm 1b/1c, m, ii

thank you ladies for all yor knowledge, I really appriciate it! =)

You can write directly to ficcare in order to ask for New York retailers. I visited a couple of years ago, but I forgot the name of the place(s).

otherwise you might want to try maiden-like.de, cultmate.de or http://www.stone-bridge.co.uk/.

I think you can find ficcares at Nordstroms, I believe they have Nordstroms in New York. I have seen flexis at fair/festival type places but I wouldn't have a suggestion for New York. Maybe a local would have a better idea?

You just have to get one and try it on, I guess. All three sizes are okay on me. It just depends on the hairdo. Peacock twist: S. Lazy Wrap Bun: M. Cinnabun: L. My hair's waist and iii. Maybe this'll give you a point of reference.

Only really at Nordstroms for ficcares. I went recently, they have them in their hair accessory section sitting out on a display table, they carry only the new ones so I didn't get any since they're not my style. I have never been able to find them elsewhere, even the George Micheals salon I went to didn't have any. I saw flexis only at ren fairs and sometimes at craft fairs.

I found writing to the people at ficcare helpful.

www.justhairclips.se has some ficcares. I think they are based in Denmark. They ship to Sweden too.

I would go to the flexi-8 thread (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=17757) and scroll through it to find people's pictures. They often specify what size flexi they're wearing, and it will give you some idea of the size you might need.
