Aloha All!
Wow! 3 years! Although I haven't been on this site in quite a while, you are in my thoughts. I know that may seem crazy to some :rolleyes:, but there are some amazing people on this site AND I know I never could have grown my hair without the support this place offers.
The method to my madness is simple. I make my own 'poo bars and wash about every other day. I co-wash daily. I henna gloss (a LUSH type product I also make) 2-3x a year, I oil with a combo concoction (Thanks LHC for ruining me! I now have to MAKE everything to keep my hair happy!) No brushes, only a wide toothed comb for snarls; combing from the bottom up. I finger comb as a rule. Curling iron to beat my bangs into submission. I am to the point where I trim my hair about every 2-3 months, and by trim I mean only 1".

This is year 3 at LHC! The arrow is about where waist is on me (it's a big arrow...) I am about 2" from tail bone.
