For sale: Sterling silver hair slide with shell inlay. Not marked sterling, but it was bought in Ireland from the person who made it, so I'm confident. Slide length is 2.5" end to end, with a fairly deep curve. Accompanying stick is mystery wood with (I believe) silver-plated cap; stick length is 5.75". Total weight with stick is just over 44 grams, which is why I can't use it and am passing it on - it's just too heavy for my hair, alas. Hate to let such a lovely thing go, but it's doing no one any good languishing in a drawer! Asking $30, plus $3 shipping (with tracking #) in US. Paypal preferred.
The fork is mystery wood, handmade, with nickel (?) flower inlay; almost 5" useable length, 6.25" overall. Received as a free bonus in a swap, so I'll throw it in for free with purchase of the slide.
