Hair nerd moments only you guys would understand

So one part of my job is cleaning up the grounds after large events like street faires or concerts in my area, so of course we're always finding all kinds of random stuff, most of it trash. But recently I've come across two items that no one understands how excited I am about... The first is this amazing bandana, the gosh darn pattern is combs and hair forks. So freakin cool!

And then, yesterday we were all picking up a park after a concert and I found a Mason Pearson comb on the ground and got sooo excited, the other two girls working with me were looking at me like I was from Mars, and I remembered that only you guys would understand why I was so excited by a comb.

Your story about the Mason Pearson comb reminds me... On my recent placement one of the elderly patients asked me to fetch his hair brush for him. It was an old Mason Pearson, and I said "oooh you've got a good brush there!" The other nurses didn't have a clue what I was on about, but the patient appreciated that I knew that he had a quality brush :) lol!

Recently found a 'keychain' sized Denman brush on a clearance rack. Even had a key ring attachment. Miniature perfection for less than a dollar. Crown logo and all. Seamless beauty.

My school has an annual lost and found sale, and I checked it out. They were selling a wood-bristled brush! I was very excited and bought it for a whole dollar. :D I love it.
