August 31st, 2008, 08:17 PM
OH I never started the measurement post before but heres my measurements

last month 24.9" and in one month I have grown the grand sum of 0"
so a staled month for me:(

August 31st, 2008, 09:33 PM
25 inches. Not sure when I measured last, So I will go from September for next month.

August 31st, 2008, 09:56 PM
Still at 43 inches, so no growth - or next to no growth - for me last month. I'm putting it down to stress. :(

oops sorry double post!

August 31st, 2008, 11:30 PM
For me it looks like somewhere between a half an a quarter of an inch. As usual. Puts me at a solid 26.

September 1st, 2008, 09:27 AM
Back from a month away from the forum and at a solid 30", up a half inch from last month. Maybe my stall is finally ending!

September 1st, 2008, 01:00 PM
I'm at 16 3/4. Thats my usual 1/4 in. of growth. I'm happy that it grew at all.

September 1st, 2008, 01:12 PM
37.5", .5" growth, pretty normal.
I was actually hoping the biotin would make a difference, but perhaps it's to soon to tell.

I wonder how much I lose of damaged ends though...splits and breakage...

I'm hoping that all the stress over the past couple months doesn't cause a massive fallout. So far shedding is at normal levels...

September 1st, 2008, 02:33 PM
I'm still not measuring. Maybe next month. Measuring can be so depressing.:(

September 1st, 2008, 02:44 PM
Eeks, September, already??

I will tryyyy to put off my measure for a few weeks. My hair grows so slowly that I only do it seasonally. However, I curiosity usually gets the better of me, so I end up doing it early :)

Inches aside, it's now pretty much waist-length, which was my goal, but I think I'm going to go for a few more inches so that it sits longer when I have it pulled forward over my shoulders.

September 1st, 2008, 03:20 PM
At 24.75", up from 24.1" last month! I am happy with the growth! :)

September 1st, 2008, 03:58 PM
21" curly, 25" stretched. I lost 2" to a trim. It was badly needed. Oh, well....

September 1st, 2008, 04:38 PM
I'm up 1/4" from last month. Slow growing hair can be so depressing, sometimes mine will stall for a couple of months at a time.

September 1st, 2008, 05:19 PM
17 inches now, up about 3/4 of an inch this month. I wish it would do that every month but it won't.

September 1st, 2008, 05:24 PM
I'm at 45", but I'm going to trim back to about 43" next time I wash (probably next weekend).

September 1st, 2008, 06:28 PM
was at 34.5 and then got a 1/2" trim a week ago

so that mean 34

September 1st, 2008, 07:47 PM
I did a trim on August 31 - I intended to just do a dusting, but messed up the hemline and had to cut about a half inch... And as I had a dusting in the middle of the month too, I ended up cutting all my growth this month - maybe a little more. So, I am now solidly at 32.5 inches. But to see the positive side - I have now removed about 2" of damaged ends since I started trimming. Note to self: only trim ONCE each month from now on - just in case I mess it up again...

55.5" up from 54.5" so 1 inch growth this month. Unbelievable for me.

September 2nd, 2008, 12:58 AM
50.5", up 1" from 49.5" at the beginning of the month, and past the 50" mark. Might be just 50.25", but once dry quite a few tries resulted in the 50.5", and I like that number better.

I had no growth in July, though (and so didn't post for that measure-in).

September 2nd, 2008, 04:18 AM
Looks like maybe half an inch for me, up to 20.5

September 2nd, 2008, 04:25 AM
80 cm or 31.5 inches according to the measurer :)

September 2nd, 2008, 05:24 AM
I am at 30 inches. Up from the 29ish range in july. It was a little over 29 inches then. I so hope this means my growth stall has stopped. I spent a summer with almost no growth WAHHHH

27 3/4" my typical 1/2 inch growth.

September 2nd, 2008, 07:04 AM
I'm getting almost 18"...

It's crazy how bad I am at measuring. I had 16.5" around the 8th of August... but it must have been more like 17.5, realistically. My hair is not very fast-growing...
So I'm going to change my original measurement, and try to do this properly from now on.

September 2nd, 2008, 07:17 AM
Maybe just about 30" for me but I trimmed around 1" a few weeks ago.

September 2nd, 2008, 09:57 AM
46.5", which is actually a decrease because I cut off some bleached/dyed ends. They looked really cool, but were breaking too much. I'll be measuring growth from this time, I guess.

September 2nd, 2008, 04:11 PM
[erased because of accidental double post]

September 2nd, 2008, 05:07 PM
21" curly, 25" stretched. I lost 2" to a trim. It was badly needed. Oh, well....
we are near enough the exact same length now how cool is that!

September 3rd, 2008, 07:57 AM
92,7 cm/36.5 inches this morning. That's up from 92 cm/36.2 inches after my trim on August 13th. Before the trim, it was at 98 cm/38.6 inches.

September 3rd, 2008, 10:31 AM
25", I grew 1/2 inch.

September 3rd, 2008, 10:38 AM
Finally - 39 inches. I haven't had measurable growth in two years, with Sun-in, breakage, etc. My DH came in while I was getting out of the shower and said "I think your hair is growing again, because it's longer than it was last time I trimmed it." He was right! Yeah!!!!!!

September 3rd, 2008, 12:00 PM
21 inches as of September 2. That is another month of 1 inch progress, but as my shedding has tapered off, I am pretty sure the growth spurt will too.

September 3rd, 2008, 12:00 PM
I measured last night on a whim. It's at 18.5 inches and I thought, "Man, that sucks." Then I checked my blog and last month at this time it was at 17.5.

I guess my hair decided to make up for slowing down for the two months prior. Woot!

September 3rd, 2008, 12:10 PM
I just measured for the first time the other day. 20" for me. It seems to be growing very fast right now (yay pregnancy!!), so I'll be curious to see what the tape measurer says next month!

September 3rd, 2008, 01:11 PM
I measured my hair for the first time ever yesterday and it was 28"

September 3rd, 2008, 02:26 PM
I started out last June (2007) at about 18 inches. I'm now (Septemer 2008 ) at 22.5 inches.

It's growing, it's growing!

September 3rd, 2008, 06:59 PM
Sadly I've grown none this last month. Still about 27 inches. And the three or four months before I have grown an inch each month so I was quite disappointed with no growth this time. Hopefully next time I'll catch up. :P

Soooo pretty, I like the skirt also!

September 4th, 2008, 01:36 PM
33" for me! I had a very slow growth month.

September 4th, 2008, 08:57 PM
31" (barely) *sigh*

September 4th, 2008, 10:07 PM
I had no measurable growth last month. This month I grew 1/2" so I am at 29" now. :D

September 4th, 2008, 10:19 PM
I just measured several times and got 36 inches even. A yard of hair! :happydance:

September 5th, 2008, 03:44 AM
26". I just cut it again last week.

September 12th, 2008, 07:20 AM
My loving husband measured for me two nights ago. How sweet!:inlove:

With straight hair I measured in at exactly 19 7/8". I suppose I could round up to 20? ;)

Past measurements:
July: 17.5"
August 18"

September 12th, 2008, 07:22 AM
Well I'm not sure I had posted the measurements yet but...

Before trim: 36.12
After trim: 36.22

So this keeps me at 36.22 inches, or 92 cm... I'm good :D

September 17th, 2008, 03:42 PM
My (almost) autumn measure-in: 31"!!! I'm thrilled, since I normally grow only 1" per season. 2" this time!

September 17th, 2008, 03:54 PM
Happy to report 27 inches. Been growing strong this summer.

October 1st, 2008, 09:37 AM
29 " after a small trim
