EDIT: Conditioner* not shampoo, sorry!

I finally found another cone-free conditioner in my area! I've been CO-washing with the only cone-free conditioner I found here which is Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine. While I can't say it's not good at all but I still struggle with frizz and tangles both while wet and dry, it does give some great curls and shine most of the times though! (Most!) (I live in a hot/humid environment)

I am following the curly-girl method, so today I am going to CO-wash with this, my question:

1) Should I immediately start CO-washing with it and forget about my previous conditioner? (Garnier) Or should I CO-wash with my previous conditioner and then detangle with the Tresemme conditioner?

2) I can't seem to find a cone-free leave-in, I only use coconut oil, can I use this one as a leave-in?

3) Does this "brassica campestris/aleurites fordi oil copolymer" cause buildup? I am a no-poo guy.

I didn't like Sleek & Shine as a conditioner wash, works well as a leave in tho. Assume that is down to the protein, my porous ends need it my roots do not: this is the version I have http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/album.php?albumid=7430&attachmentid=4845
