I'm sure plenty have posted about this treatment and showed their results. But I'm excited to show you mine! :cheese: Because I've never used honey before tonight, I had my worries like how sticky it would make my hair and how hard it would be to wash it out. I decided to go for it tonight, I did the 4 to 1 ratio with measuring like I had done research on. Then since the honey and water did make my hair sticky, I was a little worried so I put a light layer of olive oil over it. Let it set for an hour with a shower cap to cover it all. Of coursing washing it out once time was up. These are my results...

Your hair looks great! It looks lovely in both pictures but I can definitely see a big difference. I've used honey on my hair before but only when mixed with other ingredients. I really want to try a honey + yoghurt treatment ... Did you shampoo and/or condition to get the honey out or did you just rinse with water?

I don't see any difference. The first photo was so much darker (lighting wise) than the second?

The difference I noticed was that in the 2nd picture, the hair looks sleeker.

I shampooed twice and conditioned thoroughly, worked out nicely :)

Sorry for the darker picture, its what i could find at the time. I will change it with one that is closer to similar lighting. I can definately see a difference in person with lighter shades.

I can totally see a difference in the lighter hair portions. I'm glad it worked for you and you're happy with it. I have been a long-time lurker and I am still a bit afraid to try honey lightening because of reports of damage I have read in the past, but your hair looks healthy and damage-free afterwards.
