SO, Bun15 here, new active member (long time lurker haha) here to discuss anything animated related to hair (or other beauty things too)
Hmm, I guess I'll start by saying:
1) I LOVE LOVE LOVE Queen Elinor's hair (Disney's Brave) http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mdnh5r4kVG1r0926uo1_1280.jpg
2) My favorite anime (Michiko to Hatchin) I LOVE Michiko's hair, but it drives SOOO insane when there are inconsistencies (Example would be in one frame her hair is barely grazing her back, then in the next second/frame, her hair is suddenly classic length :eek: She also shouldn't be able to do certain hairstyles. Gotta love cartoon logic.

3) From Naruto, I love Ino's hair (Both in Shippudden and in the Original series)
I thought I liked Sakura's hair (pre-chop of course) but as it turns out it was just inconsistencies :P

Also, I prefer her hair to be long. Why do people get so defensive and say *she doesn't look like herself* with long hair :rolleyes: It's the same thing with Helga's (Hey Arnold!) unibrow. People get rid of it and you have these crazies that say that it's *not* Helga's personality.
So, that's just reinforcing that looks do matter if you think about it. Okay, rant over. I'd love to see what other can come up with (things that bug you, things you love, etc.) Have fun! :beerchug:

Then there's Ur'ds curls! (http://s1.zerochan.net/Urd.600.30215.jpg) My heart broke a little as the manga progressed and she went from the gorgeous late 80s-90s ringlets to the late 90s straight hair. Don't get me wrong, it looked amazing anyway and it gave her the sultrier appearance. After all, Urd is Urd and goddess of love so she can be quite, ahem, naughty. HOWEVER, the curls added a certain wild, loveable charm I adored. -sigh- Its like when Storm went from 'long and wild curls' to 'pin straight bob'.

Skuld's hair, however, left me breathless. Hers, like CLAMP's Pluto has such gorgeous, dark, super long hair! Ooh, I love anime hair! Although, like the OP it bothers me how some caracters have inconsistent lengths, or when they do a hairtyle that would be impossible on their length, other than that, I too with I had anime hair! Sesshy has such gorgeous hair, I wish young people could have natural white hair IRL without necessairly being albino... that would be so cool!

Both Merida and Queen Elinor's hair are amazing in their own way (although I wish I had Merida's hair).

I LOVE LOVE LOVE TORADORA. BY far my fav anime ever. I found it out by my friends telling me i look exactly like her, which is true minus the bangs. And i have the same personality as her...which may not be something to brag about but on the bright side no one wants to mess with me :D next year my hair will be waist long like hers. I love Sailor Moon's hair. It's so long (and the odango style is so cute), and I remember in the manga she cuts it and it instantly grows back to an incredibly long length because she's the moon princess or something. I also always loved Sailor Mars' hair. It's so long, straight, dark and shiny. It's the kind of hair I always wanted when I was a kid.

This. Primarily for the thickness--If my hair were that thick, I would be perfectly happy with that length. :)
