Hello hello hello!
Loooooooooooong time no chat lol. I have been away for months but im back and i thought an update was only necessary. My goal before leaving was waist and i reached it. Yay!

Then this happened because I got bored...dip dye/ombre (bleach :( )

And now im here because I needed to get rid of the damage.

Moral of the story. Stay away from bleach kids. Lol I miss my long hair like crazy. Anyways, hope all has been well with you all!

I agree with Mommyof4! You look stunning in any kind of hair length and style, but I do think you look even better with longer hair. No matter how boring you may find it/may have found it, photo number 2 is definitely my favourite length and texture wise, so all I can say is good luck growing! :)

Snap! I had well below BSL hair two years ago. Great condition, just a bit boring. So I bleach bathed it twice (whole head) and dyed it veggie dye red, like I had when I was at college. However, it made me look older and my hair being so dark like yours, naturally looked really transparent and that gave the impression of a thinning top parting! Hated it!
Rehennaed and indigoed but had to get a big chop as the ends were cooked!
It was above APL.
I am now at BSL again but will be here for some time trimming the last bits of damage. Gutted I ever did it to my hair, so I know totally how you are feeling!

Welcome back. I'm so sorry you had bleach damage and you had to cut it off. Wondering if you couldn't have dyed over it with a black dye? :)

Welcome back! I totally understand, I also made it to waist, got bored, bleached the ends, then had to chop it off. It's a good warning to others since this summer I got the itch to dip dye lol. I also did partial highlights before and it made me look older so I ended up dying it back to dark in less than a month, what a waste! Your hair looks cute with the current cut. I also agree that the 2nd picture is my favorite look.

Thank you thank you thank you for the kind comments! I love my curls but honestly don't like them with my hair this short. In the second photo my curls were less curly from years of heat damage but since I cut most of it off it is crazy again. I love it but I just don't have the patience to tend to it. It's kind of exciting to start over but I still wish I just left my hair alone. Oh well, it is what it is lol :) my goal is waist length and with my curls!
