She's finally hit classic :)

Little ones hair has hit classic, thin ends which don't look quite this thin when dry, but she's there.

i want to maintain at this length and try and gain a little thickness, she just wants to head for knee! The ends are in good condition, despite being thin, so she will probably get her own way.

Slightly lighter on the ends, the colour has surprised us as her father is Chinese and I'm naturally dark brown, here it is dry and under bright lights

As long as she doesn't have another growth spurt, that slowed her down before as she was getting taller faster than the hair was growing so she is looked like it was getting shorter.

Lol in the first picture the cat is looking at her like, "Girl, I am so jealous of your hair ugh." She has gorgeous hair and she's lucky, my mom never let me grow my hair that long when I was little! & classic is my goal length! Yay classic length hair!

For school mostly braids, for figure skating mainly buns and at home she wears it loose most of the time.

It's actually very minimal. Once a week it is washed, just the scalp shampooed, rinsed well and looooots of conditioner (coney suits her hair). Detangled with the tangle teezer and left to dry. Occasionally run a conditioning treatment through it, coconut oil the ends if they feel dry and trim when it's starting to feel like it needs it.

It's always braided for school, she wore it down one day a few weeks ago and when they sat on the floor for story time another child got his foot caught in it. She has vowed never to wear it down for school again

My mom always insisted that thick hair can't be straight when it's long, so she always permed my hair when I was young. Ugh! Either that, or I had to have it all chopped off. Lucky for her to have hair-supportive parents!
