Hi guys, so I have a problem.
I recently ordered a large and expensive amount of hair sticks from a very well known seller many from LHC have bought from (I won't name the seller.) They were very responsive to begin with, have 100% positive feedback, and many LHC members have worked with them.
I ordered my shipment a couple weeks ago (US to US, so not international) and it has yet to arrive. I worry it is lost in the mail and there is no tracking number. I've tried contacting them to make sure it was shipped and see if there is a tracking number available but they haven't responded. I was very polite and non accusatory, just curious.
Now, it was very expensive and I'm afraid my order is lost. The order was through Etsy using Paypal and my credit card. I can always contact Etsy or my card company to get my money back, but I really want to work it out with this seller.
I love their work (from pics, never ordered before) and want to order from them again. I especially don't want to anger or alienate them as they are so prominent in this community and have such great feedback, but I am at a loss of what to do.
Maybe they are sick or something happened to them? I certainly hope not! Even so though, that doesn't help/explain the package not arriving as they marked it as shipped a little over a week ago. My package I ordered from Bulgaria at the same time arrived first and it should only lake 2-5 days for my package to arrive from their state to mine.
Suggestions? Again, I don't think it's necessarily the fault of the seller as they are well known and were very nice in our interaction, but now I can't contact them.
