I'm generally in a hurry for work in the morning so I usually just wear my go-to style, a Nautilus bun, because it's quick and simple and I could do it in my sleep, but I would love to branch out and wear more different buns and other updos so give me some suggestions!

I'm bone lazy, so I've come up with a number of go-to styles that take me well under a minute to achieve. Here are a few, all of which require a hairstick:

Hypno bun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B4eyFiTRqI) - just one step up from a nautilus, really.
Celtic Knot bun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUQAucReptY)
Lazy Wrap bun (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTt771qkO24)
And of course the normal cinnabun (I make mine with spin pins, but other people use hair sticks or forks)

Braided buns? I like them because they are very secure and if you braid your hair at night,it takes like 10 seconds, hairstick and a pin to put it up.

Infinity bun with a 3 pronged hairfork is my go to. I can do it in seconds

My two go to buns in the morning are the nautilus and the lazy wrap. I usually do what LadyCelestina suggested. Sleep braid is just thrown up and stuck with a stick and it's done in no time. The cinnabun and infinity bun or figure 8 bun are all really quick too, once you get them down. :-)

A few ideas for me there, many thanks! I could never do the lazy wrap before for some reason but did it perfectly after watching that video link. And I have been thinking about braiding my buns more, they do feel a lot more secure and I get lovely wavies when I take them down :D

I recently tried the Pha bun. Takes seconds and holds really well with one stick. I think there is a thread here with youtube link.

Yeah I've seen that one, I'm still working on getting it right! Every time I try it I get it way too tight and it feels like I'm gonna pull a few hairs out :/
