Blog--changing intro text

When I first tried to start my blog, I accidently typed my first blog entry and it appeared in the text area that is typically used for blog intro's, routines, etc. How can I delete that text? Or change it?

Go to: Blog (top and left-ish on every page), then blog control panel (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/blog_usercp.php) (on the left, in the box under your profile picture), then click on "Blog Title and Description (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/blog_usercp.php?do=editprofile)".

Or just click here (http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/blog_usercp.php?do=editprofile), and it should take you to your "blog title and description" page.
