Anyone use Micatin foot spray instead of Monistat for hair growth?

I discovered that Micatin foot spray has the same active ingredient that Monistat has - micozonale nitrite which supposedly is the hair growth accelerator. Has anyone used it and if so, is it as effective as Monistat. I think it would be easier to use as it comes in a spray format and its cheaper than Monistat.
