Mohawk Side French Braids Updo~ pictures :-)

Hi everybody!

I just uploaded a new post on my hairstyle blog http://691superlonghair.blogspot.com/ (http://691superlonghair.blogspot.com/)

I got the idea from a picture I had seen on Pinterest. Like the orginal picture, I made mohawk braids on the sides and lef the center hair smooth and poofy. Instead of making a ponytail, though, I made a swirly bun. Here are a few pictures taken in the morning sun~ to see more be sure to visit my blog! Thank you!

Thank you so much! I got my hairclip here where I live~ a local store sells them. I like the butterflies on it!

Wow, that is beautiful. I keep practicing but I can never get the hair to add evenly when I do any kind of braids. I love the play of braids in the bun.

I always wonder about your clips, for I never see anything like them in my area. You seem to have an endless supply of unusual ones. If I went to the shop that sells them I'd not be able to choose! ;) I particularly like this green one, but that's a color I'm partial too already. It is stunning with your hair.

Do you do these all yourself or does someone help you? Is it hard to section hair that long? I have trouble sectioning my BSL length hair for braids as it tangles so easily!
