Cool! I will definitely try this next time I want more defined curls. Seems simpler than curlformers, too.

Hmm...this gave me an idea. I have a ton of those sponge rollers with the plastic clasps that I never use because I hate the plastic, I wonder if it would work to just thread a piece of elastic or yarn through to secure them?
