So, is there any gentle way to tone down the red in my hair from dye? My hair isn’t really damaged but I’m tired of chemical dyes and am preparing to grow out. I’ve done several vitamin C treatments and gotten my hair from dark brown to this light reddish color (though my ends are a bit dark still). My natural is pretty neutral in tone and dark blonde.
Here is my hair from a few summers ago when I hadn't colored in 2-3 months, to show my natural color.

And here it is currently facing toward my window to try and get as much natural light. The ends are darker but they'll be trimmed slowly but surely.

I think buxus can do this but mehendi.com says they’ve been unable to get any due to political conflict in Yemen. I’d want to try to do this without needing to darken my hair too much, but I think blurring out some of the red will make growing out my dark blonde hair a little less painful.
I originally thought cassia+buxus would help.
Thoughts?
Anywhere else that may have buxus available?
