Following some suggestions on how to get more use out of it, I have decided to hold on to the Hair Glove for now.
I am agonizing over whether or not to sell my 20" black leather Hairglove. It was my first hair toy-like item. It is what helped me find the LHC in the first place. I am really attached to it and love it bundles. And yet!
My hair is too thick for me to wear it any more. The snaps pop open from the pressure of my ponytail... Keep in mind that the snaps still hold tight, it is just the pressure of my 5"+ ponytail that forces them open as the Hairglove swings. For best fit less than 4.5" ponytail circumference is ideal.
I also own a neoprene one that I can still easily wear because the neoprene flexes around my pony and the snaps hold tight. It is also black, so this is also redundant in that regard.
Now when I wear either, I have more than a foot of ponytail sticking out the bottom, because my hair has gotten much longer than they cover. When I first got it, I still had 6-8" of tassel, and that wan't bad looking at all.
Thing is, they discontinued the 20" length and what if something happens to my Neoprene one and I go through a drastic shed?! (Paranoid PB is paranoid). But it isn't getting any use as it is, so I guess I am asking: Is there any interest in a supple, well cared for black leather 20" Hairglove?
